i have only seen these panties available on the internet by mail order and they are manufactured in the USA.  Comically, they go by the name 'manties' and should you visit their webpage i'm sure you'll agree there is a massive choice of styles, colours and designs to appeal to every sissy.  One of the reasons i acquired these panties is that they will embroider them, front, back or both, with words or pictures of your choice.  They will also adorn them with extra bows, ruffles and lace.  It's as simple as pick a style and then go mad designing them to reflect just how much or how little (no pun intended) a sissy you are feeling.

 

My four panties come in baby pink, white, baby blue and a pale yellow.  All very sissy girly colours.  On each pair are two rows of delicate ruffles at the rear and i have had them embroidered at the front:
